Getting back to those tea parties . . .

(I never heard of Cody Willard before but I had a haircut like that back in 1978)

There’s something wrong when we edit people’s words in a way that changes their meaning.  Distorting the views of our opponents for shitzengiggles doesn’t help fix anything.

This stuff really ticks me off. Jon is just giving his kool-aide induced Obamabot audience what they want to hear. They don’t need the truth and he’s happy to keep it from them…it’s all about the ratings. He’s such an ass and I quit watching him during the primaries when he was fawning all over Obama.

Wow, that’s a Super Big Gulp of hypocrisy right there.

Myiq, first time I’ve visited here. I’m tired of the Daily Show and these other Obamacrats defending against ‘purported slams’ of Dear Leader for their own ends. They are making shit up and distorting opponents’ words to keep up the meme that Obama is infallible and the only people who don’t support him are racist and republican.

It is completely appropriate to say that the Obamacrats’ policies are beginning to seem fascist! And the fact that Williard provides the definition of fascism, just illustrates the point. Is he somewhat biased, yes, but at least it’s well-reasoned and portrayed from their point of view. & just as an aside these tea parties were peaceful, not like proChoice protests or pro-gay marriage protests I have been to.

I’m not Republican but you still have to respect their argument and all the other people (of many political persuasions) who went to the tea parties to VENT their anger at economic policies that seem increasingly out-of-control. I was tempted to just because the idiots won’t just cut to the chase and follow FDR’s policies of freezing interest rates and such until the economy gets back on track (as advocated by former Dem. Congressman LaRouche).

Instead we’re getting assinine policies that are leading to the rape of consumers (like those credit card holders who have just learned that their credit card rates have TRIPLED due to the “bad economy”). In my house we have just seen our monthly min payments double. Remember how that idea was supposed to stem the tide of consumers who were having problems paying their credit card debt off? Couldn’t the frickin Obamacrats just froze that policy until the economy got back on track? Hell NO!

    Keep up the good work!
